Hole 10
Transcript: The tenth hole remains a par 5 and the tees are essentially in the same location but redesigned and reworked. Earthworks and tree removal will be undertaken in the landing zone to make it more acceptive off the tee. The new green is positioned further towards the north which forces the player away from the road, improving the health and safety of potential ball strike.

Hole 11
Transcript: The eleventh hole remains a par 4 and is essentially the same golf hole as per the previous routing, except for some subtle repositioning of the bunkers in and around the green complex to make it a little bit more accessible.

Hole 12
Transcript: The twelfth hole remains a par 4 and, as like the eleventh, is essentially the same golf hole. We have widened the landing zone significantly with some tree removal on the right-hand side of the fairway.

Hole 13
Transcript: The thirteenth hole remains a par 4, and, as per the eleventh and twelfth holes is essentially exactly the same golf hole; except that we’ve widened the fairway pushing the playline further to the south, away from the green keeper’s access road. The green complex has been repositioned and bunkers modified to minimise the penal nature of the pond.

Hole 14
Transcript: The fourteenth hole remains at par 3, playing a very similar yardage. This is a new golf hole from tee to green and repositioned to enable Lot 3 to be subdivided off for land development. The hole now requires a forced carry across the storm water retention pond.

Hole 15
Transcript: The fifteenth hole remains at par 4 but is shortened significantly to enable the land development. This is a good outcome from both a health and safety perspective around Kristin School, and the play-ability of the golf hole. With the hole shortening, it means the golfer has choices off the tee – not necessarily always taking driver, but potentially a 3-wood, resuce or a low iron. We also intend to widen the irrigable fairway, making sure more people hit the short grass.

Hole 16
Transcript: The sixteenth hole remains a par 3 and a great little par 3 it is. We intend to create more teeing area, which will also enable a different angle of play into the green. We also intend to add a very large dramatic waste bunker running the left side of the green, which will look very impressive and imposing from the tee box, while at the same time leaving the right side of the green unprotected for people to play away from the particular hazard. The variety of tee position and pin position are quite extensive at this particular golf hole, enabling plenty of flexibility for how the club wish to play it.

Hole 17
Transcript: The seventeenth hole remains a par 4 and is essentially in the same location. We are looking to widen the irrigable fairway as well as change positions of the bunkering to make it more strategic.

Hole 18
Transcript: The eighteenth hole remains a par 5. We are looking to widen the fairway and remove a few of the bunkers in the landing zone to enable the golfer to open their shoulders on the eighteenth, and get the golf ball as far down the fairway as they possibly can. The gully in front of the green complex is filled. This takes away the awkwardness of the second layup shot and enables the golfer to go for the green in two.
